These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mamak88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mamak88 website available at https://mamak88.cam, including all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, software applications, and services provided thereunder (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing any game, placing any bet, or otherwise using any feature of the mamak88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

To register and maintain an active Account on mamak88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mamak88 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use the Platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of mamak88 or any affiliated company.

• You must not have had a previous mamak88 Account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

To access mamak88's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration and at any time during your membership remains accurate and up-to-date.

4.1 — Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide, at a minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and preferred deposit currency (MYR). You may also be required to accept specific promotional terms if opting into a welcome bonus at registration.

4.2 — Single Account Policy

Each individual is strictly permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the mamak88 Platform at any time. This applies regardless of the device, browser, IP address, payment method, or household used to access the Platform. Creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses more than once, circumvent limits, or for any other purpose is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.3 — KYC Verification

mamak88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: upon first withdrawal request, when cumulative deposits exceed a specified threshold, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to verify account details. Standard KYC documentation includes:

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. mamak88 is not liable for any delays arising from a player's failure to provide verification documents promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your Account, including:

• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party
• Notifying mamak88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

mamak88 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any actions taken using your Account credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — are presumed to be authorised by you unless you have promptly reported a security breach.

mamak88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and select cryptocurrencies via the following approved payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party sources (including family members' accounts) are not permitted and may be reversed. mamak88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests from your Account will be processed in accordance with the following conditions:

7.1 — Eligibility for Withdrawal

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make at least one deposit, unless otherwise approved by the compliance team.
• Real-money funds are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification. Bonus funds are not withdrawable and can only be converted to real-money funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be completed before withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds.

7.2 — Processing Timeframes

7.3 — Withdrawal Limits

Verified accounts at Gold tier and above benefit from higher daily and monthly withdrawal limits. Please contact support for your current applicable limits.

mamak88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

8.1 — General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is available once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• mamak88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active bonus already credited to an Account will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other active bonuses unless the respective promotion terms explicitly permit combination.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate balance and become available as real-money funds only after the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• If you withdraw real-money funds before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 — Wagering Requirements

Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, refunded, or cancelled do not count toward wagering requirements.

8.3 — Abuse and Exploitation

mamak88 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments, reverse withdrawals, and close Accounts where, in our reasonable assessment, bonus abuse has occurred. This includes but is not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements, coordinated abuse across multiple accounts, and exploitation of system errors or promotional terms inconsistencies.

All betting and gaming activity on mamak88 is subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet. The following general principles apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by specific product rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet placement, the round may be declared void and stakes returned. mamak88's decision in such matters is final.
• For sports betting, mamak88 reserves the right to void bets where odds were clearly published in error, where market suspension rules apply, or where event results are subsequently amended by the relevant governing body.
• Mix parlay bets containing one or more void legs will have those legs removed; the remaining legs of the parlay remain active. Specific parlay rules are detailed in the sports betting product guide.
• Live in-play bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other markets are subject to delayed acceptance. Any bets placed after an event has commenced but before acceptance confirmation remains pending are accepted or declined at mamak88's discretion.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game outcomes streamed from licensed studios. These outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by mamak88 or any player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mamak88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, or using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or personal details with or without their consent.
• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime via Account deposits, play, or withdrawals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to access, play, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, system glitches, or misconfigured game parameters for financial gain without reporting the issue to mamak88.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multiplayer format.
• Making threats, using abusive language, or engaging in harassment toward mamak88 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, content, or intellectual property.

mamak88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and takes seriously its obligation to protect vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following tools and features to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum net loss thresholds for daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Betting is automatically suspended once the threshold is reached.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations. The Platform will issue warnings and, upon limit expiry, require re-confirmation or suspend access.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of Account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform via the support team. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected exclusion period has elapsed.

All content on the mamak88 Platform — including but not limited to the mamak88 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of mamak88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of mamak88 intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mamak88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical faults not directly attributable to mamak88's gross negligence.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access due to the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment processor delays, failures, or errors.
• Any loss arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited by local law.

Where mamak88 is found liable, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account during the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your Account voluntarily by contacting support. mamak88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is identified or suspected.
• An Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without any deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, or law enforcement authority.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of Terms, mamak88 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to withhold Real-Money Funds pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings.

mamak88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. In cases of significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mamak88 is registered and licensed to operate.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to permit or encourage any player to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful. It is your sole and personal responsibility to ensure that your use of mamak88 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets.
